In 3 weeks or so, I’ll be heading home for 2 weeks. Wow, didn’t time pass by quickly? I can’t believe it’s going to be 3 years since I was last home.
I’m not sure if I am feeling it yet – how much needs to happen before then. I need to figure out my Seoul plans for sure. Not sure what to expect there yet. It’ll definitely be adventurous.
I guess I’m not the only one in this world wondering about where I am and how I got here. Or more importantly, why I’m here. Well, I’m stopping for a minute to pause and ponder about this very question… Why.

I’m thinking how crazy and how timely things are that I’m where I am today. There is something strange and unique about the journey. Last weekend, I was in and out of Boston. It reminded me of a time when things were prim and proper and then how things changed. But we’re here today. I thought to myself about how I ended up in grad school when I did and how I finished when I did. Then I thought about how I started looking for a new road in my career. It all suddenly fits and makes sense.
I was thinking about how fast paced my life is right now. It has been 4.5 months. I’ve often wished that time slowed down a little bit and let me get caught up but the truth is that I enjoy this chaotic pace. It helps me stay sane – yay, yay.
I can’t believe it’s December already! That just means lots of birthdays coming up and the year is coming to an end!
