I’ve had a lot of accomplishments lately and today was another one. I did a Team International Coed Relay Lifetime Fitness Triahtlon today. I did the biking portion of it. I was able to finish 10 place on the group of about 35, or 19 out of all the Team Relay category of about 95 people. My time was one of my personal best – 20.6mph over 41K. I was able to finish 3 seconds faster than my co-worker and that 3 seconds is just mind-blowing. I had settled to be behind for a few seconds but to be a few seconds ahead is actually nice. It makes the trainings so much worth it.
